Wrath
The bible is full of stories, lessons and consequences of SIN but the most notorious and consistent is WRATH. The wrath that falls upon the human nature and behavior. God’s Wrath.
Inspired by the story of Lot’s wife, my window has a revengeful Angel symbolizing Divinity through a threatening lens punishing Lot’s wife due to her disobedience.
Lot and his family moved to Sodom, a village full of sinful people that God decided to destroy.
God sent angels to warn Lot and his family to leave before everything was gone and to don’t look back. Lot’s wife disobeyed this orders and turned around to see the destruction, this is when God punished her turning her into salt except in this reimagination she is turned into crystal.
